will need to be made by you the homeowner. Followed by the full detailed report
with my staging recommendations. This will also include a fine tuning session by
me, once the recommended work is completed .
Staging Bid: My inspection of your property to determine the necessary changes i
will need to make to stage your property. For vacant properties , i arrange the
delivery and placement of the rental furniture and provide all the accessories to
stage up the home. For occupied homes, staging redesign is a perfect way to
change the look and fell of a lived in property using the furnishings that you
already own .
